Some examples of our CSR efforts in the Danish division are below:

Berlingske Media runs Den Berlingske Fond. This foundation supports activities of national, religious, cultural, social or scientific interest, as well as research, training and education in journalism. Two honorary prizes are presented each year by the foundation based on applications submitted. The “journalist prize” is presented to a journalist who has made an outstanding contribution to journalism and the “prize of honour” is presented to an outstanding Danish public figure. This year the prize of honour was awarded to the former Prime Minister of Denmark and the current Secretary General of NATO, Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
Since 1972 Berlingske Media has held the Berlingske Music Awards for Young Talents (age 17 and under) in co-operation with the Danish Royal Music Academy. A number of very significant musicians have been inspired and helped in their careers by this award.
